Yeah, I think that may be the way to go. 700 is a bit of an odd figure TBH, I'm glad its not 500, but why 700, why not 750 or an even thousand. 750 would stack a lot more evenly in the cupboard.
I had 600 7.62x39 and 700 54r on my ticket but got both upped to a 1000 of each.

No. It's a cock up. Even the best of forces make them. I'm sure you wouldn't want to test it

I had authority to buy a .223 straight pull last year. Unusual calibre that!
