I always found the one-shot stuff to be s***. Was I missing a trick with it somewhere (moved to redding bio-lube and never looked back)? Was FL sizing .308.

I've full length sized many thousands of .308 & .303 using Lyman, Hornady and Frankfort one shot lubes. Never had a problem. You may have being using the wrong technique.
Place up to 100 cases in an old ice cream container (flavour irrelevant), spray lube on top, give container a good shake and job is done. Just done 500 this afternoon with no issues.

Indeed, pop the cases into a zip lock plastic bag, spray, shake and spray again then mix around and let dry for 5 - 15 mins, with the RCBS perfectly lubed cases every time :good:
