Maybe his gun doesn't like cast?, my LRA9 (when it worked) certainly didn't like the last lot of cast I used,

Some thing to do with the Glock barrels, im not to sure. As I couldn't get any copper at the time iv got 1000 lead to start.

I think its mostly as they are unsupported barrels they can blow up easily

As far as I am aware the reason for the stipulation of no cast lead bullets in Glock factory barrels (HK & Kahr for that matter too) is that it causes excess lead fouling in the Polygonal rifling used on said pistols.
