Re: Which powder
Without wishing to confuse the OP where do you get load data for TR140?
Do you just use N140 starting loads & work up or do they publish their own data?

Re: Which powder
The TR140 loads are fairly well documented and I have it on Quickload if you get stuck Stuck, geddit...
Re: Which powder
What rifle are you going to shoot these loads in?pockets99 wrote:Thanks for all the responses folks, recon I'm gonna try some TR140 as that seems to be the consensus, needed to post a few more times before I'm trusted to retrieve PMs :-)
What club do you shoot with?
Which ranges do you use?
Answers in separate posts please!

Aye,
That's why I'm called Stuck

Didn't realise TR140 was included on Quickload, where would I find that powder listed? (i.e. N140 is obviously in the Viht file)
Re: Which powder
Rifle is an AT308, picked it up last month, only managed to get out on the range once, 300/500/600 yards last week!
Re: Which powder
I've only ever shot rifle at Bisley (I'm only 20 mins away) but have shot pistol at Coppens shootingsport in Knokke-Heist Belgium a few times. Really must go back, the Mrs loves the chocolate!

Re: Which powder
as you already go to Bisley, just pick up the powder and load tables from the importer, he lives on the camp.pockets99 wrote:I've only ever shot rifle at Bisley (I'm only 20 mins away) but have shot pistol at Coppens shootingsport in Knokke-Heist Belgium a few times.
