Quite right too. Ugly, misbegotten things those L85s. Wouldn't give one house room.

I'd suggest a Hensoldt Z24 and a Belgian Stanag mount. I plan to do something similar with my Imbel FAL.

What about one of the earlier KAPS SA2 10x with BDC, they are in mils which seems rather fitting and they work well to 1000 yards
