I'm with Sim on this, imo there WILL be an increase its just a matter of how big. I'd prefer not to have to pay but there's no way thats going to wash with the great unwashed. To be honest i'd rather the increase came before the 2015 election because i think we'd get a much bigger increase under Labour if they get in (as in full cost recovery) :bad:
