I didn't specify but it does look a lot like an MP40. Either way I think he has made quite nice job of it!

Hi SG razz If that handles like a dream I'm all for it, if not.......well it takes ugly to a new level.

That barrel looks shy of 16" in the states, especially with that folding stock we would be talking a felony at a Federal level, interesting you can go shy of 16" on a rifle though in the states that would be a questionable acquisition and modification from a legal standpoint. Though if I want to throw an AK folder on the front seat when I drive to work, well in this state that is not a problem.

Now if that No 4 were at least 16" in barrel length, where I can I get one? That has to pack one heck of a recoil'

It's a 45 ACP conversion. I think it would handle quite nicely, not to mention getting you plenty of attention (good and bad :lol: ) at the range! Maybe one day... :o

Wonder if either of the short guns pictured in this thread ARE actually IN the USA?
If so, I would bet good money that they ARE legal and are on a Class III licence.
