some videos don't portray the noise very well, just wondered in real world if it still clears the field...

My experience is that they are very quiet providing you use sub sonic ammo. But i guess it depends on the surroundings, and the rabbits, but as with a .22 moderated and with subsonics, sometimes the rabbits all shift and other times they stay put allowing you to increase your tally. Also with a 410 you have to be fairly close, within the 25yds so more often than not they might be spooked by the bloke waving a metal stick at them...
