You'll need to join a new club and have that listed as your primary then get your FAC Additional Conditions changed as it usually states something like this:
The firearms and ammunition may also be used for target shooting, and only whilst a member of the XXXXX Club/Association, on ranges suitable for the safe use of that class of firearm and with adequate financial arrangements in place to meet any injury or damage claim.

I just double checked with Essex's Firearms Office and all they'll need is a cover letter with my FAC and NRA membership details, and they'll change the condition.

Bisley. Surely that's evident in an application to the NRA?
Not really I thought the NRA stood for National rifle association why would I assume you meant that you were going to shoot at Bisley ?.
Members of the NRA live all over the UK just because you are a member of the association does not mean you are ever going to shoot at Bisley.
