Having fired the full auto version I would say no.
Its very nice and a true engineering marvel but sooo boring to shoot!
The cyclic rate is truly awesome,just the thing for defending beaches in northern France.
What I would like to see is the lever release idea taken a step further.
Now a Bren in lever release would be fun!

many years ago I purchased a 9mm luga pistol. First outing to the range a friend insisted on me shooting his one first, he used home loads and I had Magtech ammo. Fortunately I only loaded three rounds and on pulling the trigger, there was a fast brrrp. Yep all three gone.

Nope. I shot one whilst on an alpine course. Truly amazing rate of fire but the barrel has to be changed so soon - just as well the barrel release lever mechanism is bloody smart.
The bren is at least twice more accurate.

There was a full auto Browning High Power which was, in theory, used for room "clearance".
The idea was to put the gun, held horizontally, through the door way and hold the trigger until gun empty.
The recoil was enough to move the gun through an arc and distribute the rounds to all occupants of the room.

Brilliant, a target acquiring HP - wish we'd had those..
As for the Glock, it is an accurate pistol in skilled hands as are most military pistols. My own preference is the Browning as it has a better balance, in my view.
Think for fun, would have one of the mini Browning M2 HMG scaled to 17HMR or 22LR, you could have a lot of fun, for a lot of time and could afford to keep doing it. Furthermore it would make the 6000 rounds on my ticket make better sense...

No - what's the point of that in semi-auto...
...I'd like a fully working M60, and be allowed to shoot it in the 'Rambo position' ...though I'd probably need some kind of rest :lol:
