I think he could do well at those prices. I see plenty folk at Melville walk away without collecting their brass. 9mm would be a bonus for the Lever Release guys too. 223 for CSR, etc etc.
If his maths are correct then it could work but carriage will always be the killer with ammo. I would be happy to deliver non expanding to RFDs up here FOC if he was close to my business travels. (Appropriate letters of authority requires :-) )

I can get new Starline 38 special cases for about £15 a 100 and 357 cases for about £16 a 100.

My mate reckons on them both being around the same price should he get into it.
