Thanks for the replies gentlemen, I've gone with the Harris. Had a look at the Global Rifle Snipersystems MkVI as I too like the idea of a swivel lock however it was working out nigh on £30 more expensive than the Harris and I was getting mixed views about its durability, so Harris it is.

Well, I've ordered one from Global Rifles, so it will be interesting to compare it with the Harris regards build quality etc.

You can get the Harris to lock the tilt. You need an aftermarket thingummabob that fits to the locking mechanism, it's a big lever that lets yo add and remove tension up to the point of totally locking it. I got mine from Spud at Christmas.
