Change of FAC designated club

I changed clubs nearly 3 years ago and forgot the notify Gwent Police.

Lost my certificate last month and had to get a re-print sent out. When it arrived and I checked it over, I realised the old club details were on it so called the FLO to ask what I should do.......they couldn't have cared less.

Choices given were:
wait for renewel and change it then;
send in the FAC with a covering letter and they make the amendments and return it;
email in the changes and don't bother getting a reprinted FAC until next renewel;
as I'm thinking about applying for a 1-for-1 variation, wait until then and get the club details changed at the same time;

While it is a 'condition' of the FAC, the girl on the phone said as long as you are a member of an approved club etc. etc. they have little interest in knowing which club it is.
