Over many years & 6 different rifles (all with slow twist barrels) I always found my 75grn HP Sierra varmint bullets shot more accurately than the 100grn Winchester PP bullets - I suspect that they are just that bit more stable although I see no signs of tumbling - BUT - The old Speer 105grn round nose bullets used to shoot very well & left nice round holes in the targets & deer, they were very stable. It's a great pity that these bullets are not now available - What were Speer thinking about by stopping production??? I still have about 20 and they do shoot out of my slow twist Tikka M595.
