Dave the Barnault 62grn I had from you shot very well at 600 and I would be keen to have some more next time we can synchronise a day at Bisley, I may have a problem with my holding because. 223 is buy 200, however I have plenty of. 308allowance so to make it worth your time, maybe we can come to a dual buy?
Roger if I wanted ultimate accuracy I wouldn't be using a Steyr AUG with a 20lb trigger

KennyC - good to hear it worked for you. I got on OK with it at 600 however it was struggling at 1000 however that could be down to a combination of short barrel and 4X 'scope.
How many .308 would you like?

Please educate me as I seem to be missing something
Roger, when your shooting (plinking) on ETR ranges from 200~400 yards at number 11 & 12 targets you do not need the accuracy that a home load offers and given the price of the wolf ammo it's makes little sense to take the time and effort to reload when you can purchase factory .223 for the same cost, especially when pin point accuracy on these type of ranges is just not required. Believe me there is a market for it, especially when most factory ammo is so bloody expensive

I don't know if it is the same wolf ammunition but after reading this report I would not be going near it

Barnaul 62 grain FMJ we are selling is somewhere around GBP18.50/100
Rog, the Barnaul we sell seem very popular with quite a few shooters, same goes for the 7,62X51 last lot we had in was selling at GBP24/100 which is super cheap shooting and it was fine out to 800 yards.
Where is this ammo available at those prices Dave, thats amazing! I personally hate Barnaul with a passion but for that price i'd be willing to put up with it!!
Is the 7.62mm stuff the MEN nickel wash ammo?
