Dougan, aye that's one option mate, or for the cost of wages they could look into how much it would cost to have contract cleaners come in and do it. That way if there is any complaints then it's the contract company that gets it's backside kicked. BTW mate I'm of the same opinion as you regarding range time, but hey man if it doesn't look good there is a good chance that it'll chase prospective customers away. We never know until the moment when nature will call. Hey I could just see it over here, saying to someone "your turn to be a butt marker" :o might not go over too well over here.

Oh totally - when I go to Bisley with my old man, it only only takes one visit to the toilets, or a drive down the road to Short Siberia to set him off...then he can make GOMs look jolly!

The sad thing is that Bisley is such a wonderful place, and just sorting the basics would be enough for now - But then, I am aware of the realities of the financial situation so don't want to critisise too much...

Anyway I'm doing my best to support them, and actually joined this year :good:

Dougan, good for you for joining the NRA, as you say it's a wonderful place to shoot, I shot there many a year as a young soldier competing. While I understand the cash situation mate, they need to sort out the basics before they can move on. You just can't run a business (unless it's a bank) that way, unfortunately the taking care of the big stuff and the little stuff will take care of itself thing does not apply in business.

Thank you for that.
I HATE ABBREVIATIONS with a passion.
I had no idea what RAMS meant.
But now you have explained in full it means RISK ASSESMENT,METHOD STATEMENT I know exactly what you mean.
I am a expert in risk assements, method statements I deal with them every day. But I have never heard them refered to as rams ever before.
