Re: Target Shooter on Ipad

I skimmed the tutorials over lunch and found them very informative and well presented and I can certainly see a need for the app in some areas. One thing I did not see is if the app can store the data for historical analysis.

Great for training/zeroing however am I correct to say such an app would not be allowed in competition? Maybe this should be moved to a new thread so save hijacking the original post?

Fantastic app, that - if only it was available for Android...........

Going back on topic (ish). Vince - the Financial Times got around the whole 30% revenue to Apple problem by building a web app and hosting that on their site. This meant they kept all of the revenue from subscriptions ... something worth looking into?

Definitely!

Incidentally, you mentioned an NRA/Bisley newsletter. We would welcome such a monthly column in Target Shooter Heather Webb has contributed in the past but, with all the NRA staff cuts, I fear that Heather may be too busy...........

Thanks
