How about this for a man cave?

This was posted on Airgunbbs recently.

UNDERGROUND SHOOTING RANGE. 120’ X 8’ with comprehensive ventilating system allowing continuous operation. Range deemed suitable up to bursts of fire from a 7.62x51 LMG. This is a private range for use by the owner and his employees for gun testing. It is not currently licenced in any way for use by outsiders under any circumstances.

Business facilities within the walls of the main house are as follows:……..
Office, 20’ x 12’ with 5 phone lines, (one used as fax line), High speed ADSL connection, TV Ariel socket, CCTV Monitor point and video entry phone linked to main gate of the property.
Workshop within house area, ‘L’ Shaped, 30’ x 8’ & 10’ x 12’ with single and three phase power and compressed air facilities. Fitted with ultra heavy duty workbench 13’ x 2.5’ with vices. Existing machinery in this workshop consisting of Colchester Student Lathe, Beaver Milling Machine, two Bench Drills, Large Guyson Bead-Blasting machine, Grinding machines, polishing machines, Broom Wade 41 cfm Air Compressor, Hydraulic press and roll stamping machines possibly available by separate contract.
Armouries. Three inter-connecting armouries, presently certified to hold 8,500 prohibited weapons.
South Armoury, 20’ x 10’. North Armoury 14.5’ x 4.5’, West (Lower) Armoury 31’ x 14.5’.
Intruder Alarm Systems: Three separate audio and central station alarm systems fitted throughout the main building, with various detectors and door switches incorporated.
CCTV Surveillance System: Comprehensive colour system, with several cameras looking out from the house and others looking at the house and outbuildings from positioning points in the grounds.
Entry Points: Main entrance electric/hydraulic gates controlled by video entry phone switch and push-button fobs. Larger entrance of 7’high steel gates for access by container lorries etc.
Outbuildings suitable for use with the business are as follows:..
WORKSHOP # 1. 20’ X 33’ with single and three phase power, piped compressed air facilities, fitted with ultra heavy duty workbench 15’ x 2.5’ with vices, fly press, Pillar drill and heavy duty extractor fan. Heavy Duty Wooden Entry doors, making workshop suitable for vehicle access / storage. Workshop currently also fitted with a Bradbury 3 tonne four post car hoist, available by separate contract.
WORKSHOP # 2. 18’ X 12’ with single and three phase power and piped compressed air facilities.
WORKSHOP # 3. 64’ X 12’ with single and three phase power and piped compressed air facilities. Situated in this workshop is the stand by generator for the property in the event of a mains power failure; a heavy duty Newton Derby 33 kva three phase unit powered by a Ford 4.1 ltr Diesel engine suitable for keeping the whole house and workshops going when the need be. Generator seen very little use and in like new condition. Existing machinery in this workshop consists of Engraving Machine, Belt Linishing Machine, Rodwell 35 cfm Air Compressor possibly available by separate contract.
WORKSHOP # 4. (Barn) 90’ x 40’ with single and three phase power and piped compressed air facilities, fitted with ultra heavy duty workbench 20’ x 2.5’ with vices, with an additional two workbenches 13’ x 2.5’ and 8’ x 3’. These two benches incorporating directional ducted extractor systems for use of jobs like cutting up guns for US parts kits. Heavy Wood sliding entry doors at one end electric metal roller shutter at the other allowing access at each end suitable for large trucks. Staircase, leading down to…

The above listed four workshops protected by audible intruder alarms.
WORKSHOP #5. 40’ x 26’ with single phase electricity with entry via standard wooden door and electric metal roller shutter, allowing access up to light van (Sprinter / Transit) size vehicles.
WORKSHOP #6. A pre-fabricated garage, 40’ x 13’. Single phase electricity.
CAR PORT / STORAGE AREA. 65’ x 16’ with single phase electricity.
THREE FORTY FOOT SHIP’S CONTAINERS. One just used for general storage, the other two placed together and subjected to extra security in order to be used as licenced ammunition stores.
BRICK BUILT BUILDING. 6’ x 5’ With single phase electricity and mains water. Currently used to house a pressure washer, used to clean vehicles.
MASSES OF HARD STANDING. In 2002 when we held my daughter’s wedding reception at the house, over 60 cars found room to park without venturing onto the grass.
