Re: N133 for .308
I would say it was too quick and you would not get the MV's you would hope for with N133. I will have a look at QL and see what it shows.
Re: N133 for .308
I see some sites from the US listing 43.2gr of N133 for Cartridge : .308 Win.
Bullet : .308, 155, Sierra HPBT Palma MK 2155
Cartridge O.A.L. L6: 2.800 inch or 71.12 mm
Barrel Length : 26.0 inch or 660.4 mm
Giving 2808 fps from a 26" barrel.
but can't find any reference to the scenars...

Re: N133 for .308
Based on 2.800" 43.2 grains is 108.8% case capacity so a well compressed load (According to QL3.6) It also puts the chamber pressure at 10% over the maximum. Assuming this is in your AI you will be closer to 2.890" build length which still puts you at 105% case capacity and around 2900fps, you are also just past max pressure.
As an example N140 at similar fill and pressure gives another 75fps and N540 takes you over 3000fps. I can mail you the full numbers if you wish

Re: N133 for .308
It is just too fast.. Now if you have managed to buy a job lot of 25Kgs it might be worth investigation further..
Sendl it to your S&R email?

No ... Just an american friend of mine said he was getting great accuracy with it on lighter loads and I wondered why I didn't see it for 155's.
