I get this error message about every fourth click of the mouse while trying to navigate around the forum posts.
Forum navigation problem

I had similar a few minutes ago, hopefully the Viking can take a look when she gets out of the bath.
Re: Forum navigation problem
I've been getting that error maybe once a day for over a month.
I just hit f5 and it goes away
Mike
(it would appear to relate to server load?)

Re: Forum navigation problem
I can check that!
CPU is at 16% and memory usage is light so that should not be a problem.
Interesting to see the forum is getting 1.35m+ hits a month now.

Last time I checked with our hosting people I was told they had throttled us back.MiLisCer wrote:I've been getting that error maybe once a day for over a month.

Something to do with the server we are on was under attack.

Re: Forum navigation problem
I asked them and I am none the wiser.
Of course when I was asking them the forum was behaving just fine. I was also told they had not throttled us back recently. It was suggested that I had a look at the database. As far as I know there is nothing wrong with the database but I will keep an eye on it.
I have seen SQL error messages over the last 2 weeks or so but I just hit refresh and I am back on track.
