Hello, ovenpaa I practice shooting competition in weapons ENFORCEABLE LEGISLATION (ART).
During the acquisition of my rifle winchester model 17.

From what I understand this bloke is shooting TAR (Tir aux Armes Regllementaires), a discipline specific to France and using transformed to civvy calibers service rifles.

He seem to use a US191 7/P14 rifle and has a roblem with his trigger pull weight...

As many of those rifles were pull weight-lightenened by some kind of 'bricolage', filing engageemnts or sloping sears, I doubt his problem can be resolved easily...
