Did you rest the rear of the rifle, a bean bag or even a wooly hat works OK for this. The 22-250 should be very accurate so something is astray at the moment, how much jump did you have/what was the OAL? I will run the numbers through QuickLoad and PM you the results.

My CZ 22/250 was a 1:14 twist the heavest it would shoot with any consistant grouping 1"-2" was 52gr above that the group opened out at 100yds..
