maxi kite 3 problems

After getting my maxi kite back after a year !!!!! :G !!!!!! on loan,it has flickering lights in the tube & a black spot.

Can anyone recommend a place , at a reasonable price to get this unit fixed.
I had some details for a guy' dogfox' on bbs but lost them, does anyone know of him or someone with similar skills.
