I have been following the vlog on you tube about the development of Eaton Hall shooting ground in Derbyshire. It was previously known as Doverage shooting ground. The owners have invested many hundreds of thousands, if not millions of pounds in the business. Last weekend was the big opening event. It is going to be the biggest premier shooting ground in the UK. They have all the domestic and international clay layouts, an air rifle range, a running boar range and a rifle range going out to 300 yards. There is a large club house with a gun room and clothing sales, cafe and meeting rooms for corporate events. They also have two helicopter pads. They have a Home Office approved club on site also.
I admire the owners for their faith in the future of shooting to invest the amount of money they have. I wish them every success with the venture.
