Well done Northants police, only ten months late but my FAC renewal finally arrived🙄🙄

That said they did include a lovely compliments slip apologising for the delay due to Covid, staffing levels etc.

Debs also got her first FAC, it only took 13 months, hers is dated December so at least if it's a total cock up in four years time at least we can still buy ammo, powder and primers etc.

Not sure how many others are experiencing similar delays but keep the faith miracles do happen.

Yeh paper work sent in November 21 for expiry in February 22

I 'm beginning to feel that 'Covid' is the go-to excuse for any organisation that needs to explain away its poor service.

Yes I think that's half the problem, it's difficult to employ and retain staff with the level of responsibility involved for the same money you get for stacking shelves...

That's bonkers. We pay totally new starter assembly technicians more than that.
