Best Place to Advertise a new Club

#1 Post by Sfwh »

Not sure which part of this forum would be best for this or if maybe it's not something for this forum. I and a few others have recently started a new club and we're open to new members. Any recommendations on where to advertise it?

Where about is it, and what type of shooting will it cater for? Is it indoors or outdoors?
As Dromia suggests, this is a good place to start advertising. If you're planning on something different or out of the ordinary, ask Mr Google to see if he can find any suitable forums that support that type of shooting, and advertise there.

Thanks I've posted a little ad there. We shoot historic/modern service rifle outdoors and a bit of gallery rifle indoors. All from Bisley.

Relevant Facebook groups, I'd say.

You see the power of it for connecting new people with practical shooting thanks to the active communities.

You'll no doubt get the usual suspects have a bleet about facebook, but if they don't use it, how would They know what benefit it can bring?

Anywhere you can,

Any forums, any social media platform, there a quite a few Facebook groups, try and get the NRA to add to their webpage.
