You are getting slightly more than you pay for, but remember it is cheap.
On a group test last week 90% were under an inch (bag resting) and then there'd be the odd flyer about an inch or so lower.
It is cheap, works and great for plunking, just don't expect one hole groups.

I've been trying to get some but so far nobody local stocks it.

I have been using Magtech .22lr recently due to not being able to get CCI Mini Mags at the time and for the price they have performed above expectation and where grouping near enough the same as the CCI.
Have had no issues with reliability and no stoppages but as mentioned they are a little dirty to run.
I got 1000 the other day and have been through 8 boxes and found that the count was shy between 2 or 4 rounds per box.
