I don't know about the warranty, but a phone call or email to Daystate would probably be the best way to find out.

The warranty usually is with the first owner, second owner cannot say for definite if the first has messed about with an item or used in a manner that is not conducive to a long life so the warranty is usually void.

shoots great with jsb 15.89 ,bisley mag were ok at 25m not so for 50m ,ive ordered few more to play with,
