Might be just the thing for lefties, looks like the charging handle swaps sides like a SCAR.

It's Troy, so if it gets here going to cost a pretty penny I bet.

I had a look and I can sorta see and I might be correct, it looks removable to go on the other side with how the rail is. Is that what you were looking at?

Yes, you see the slot and how it opens up at the back, squared off, on both sides?

That's usually so you can retract the charging handle to remove the bolt on various designs, to have it on both sides is no coincidence methinks.

$899.00 in the US, wonder what the mark up will be to import it here?

I believe the 899.99 was for the optics ready model that doesn’t have the folding stock or fancy iron sights. You can fit the stock on the or model though. If I were the importer I’d import the cheaper model as the straight pull base and let them decide if they wanted the folding stock and sell as an extra for those that want to save space in the range bag.

A firearms blog article on the gun, its intended for the US market (ban states like NY, CA and CT) as well as the markets like ours and you were right BamBam, it does change from left to right handed.

right side extanded charging handle is needed !
does it have recoil springs whereby the bolt carrier' loads the round into the chamber
