Member of General Council, blah, blah, blah, says everything I need to know about his committment to the shooting community as a whole.

The SAR stuff... know you're being interesting!

Not sure if you're being offensive here? Please clarify so I know how rude I can be back!

Oops... spelling mistake!

I meant to write "now you're being interesting!"

Let's hope that the UK government do not privatise the SAR function as I do believe that the service will suffer as a result of this process.

My father was a lighthouse keeper many years ago and he always had great respect for the maritime search and rescue service.

Hi Karen,
I didn't know about the SAR. Congrats.
My son services and maintains the Sea Kings - originally at Newquay and now at their base North of Newcastle.
I guess they might well have met.

As Iain was at St Mawgan for quite a while and did most of his flying out of Leconfield and Boulmer he probably does know him.

Whats his name as I guess it not Dodgyrog Junior?

Well done that man! That's one hell of a resume on LinkedIn.

There is a great saying in Braveheart - " Every man dies, but not every man lives" I think Ian has lived!
It's not the pace of life that concerns me, it's the sudden stop at the end!
