Ok having been chatting to some people and trawling the Internet I am now a little confused by the terms wads and fillers.
Can someone explain the Diffirence to me or point me to an article so I can learn More?

Carded wool is wool that has been processed to clean it and align all the fibres parallel to each other by carding it.
You can get some from a good wool shop. It is commonly used for spinning and felting.

A filler is just that it completely fills any airspace 'tween powder and base of the bullet.
A wad is something that is used to just hold the powder in place against the primer, could be card or paper discs or more commonly a "tuft" of dacron and such like open fibre.
If tamped into place to exclude air from the space between the powder and the bullet then they would be a filler.
Card discs, lube cookies and the like which are seated in contact with each other and the bullet can also be called wads but in the context of this discussion they are considered as part of the bullet.
