I was using cfe223, and getting nearly 3400fps from a 28" 1-8" 260rem.

Oal, no idea from the top of my head, i just seated so they were in the neck by 2/3 of caliber, long jump, but i did get a 1.7" group at 500 yards, so not too shabby.

Quickload shows a maximum of 3400 fps with the 95 grain Vmax and CFE223 which I just happen to have a tub of to test with my 22-250. So allowing for the QL 6,5x47 vagueness I have seen in the past I would hope for 3300fps which has to be worth a look :)
