155g Palma match kings

Are the Sierra 155 grain Palma match kings 2156 worth the extra money over the 2155.
I shoot at 100, 200, and 500 yards max. Im using a Steyr SSG P1.

Personally speaking, I find that the 2155 sierras group better than the 2156s. The 2156 has a higher ballistic coefficient and these are supposed to be more consistent in cross winds. I am currently using the 155grain scenars and these are very similar the 2156 SMK and although it's early days, my scores are not as good as they used to be!

I am currently using the Hornady 155grain A max. I am thinking of switching to Sierra.

For shooting up to 500 yards, stick with the 2155, if you were shooting 900-1200 yards that would be a different matter. Most factory TR ammo uses the 2155.

My advice find the one that works best for you doing what you do and stick with it and learn its characteristics they both need to be pushed quite hard at around 2950 fps.
Personally I find all of this, this bullet for that range and another for a different range quite strange it changes your zero for starters and having to have more sets of data ?.

Why don't you try heavier bullets than 155gr? I think bullets in the range from 168gr to 185gr would give much better results at the distances you shoot at, assuming the rifle still has the factory 1:12 barrel.

I have used both 155grain and 168grain in this rifle. Yes it still has the original barrel.

I use the 2156, I had a couple of boxes of 2155's when i first started, then the 2156's came out and decided to use those.

At the extreme ranges, they do perform slightly better, for the distances you specify, not sure it's worth the extra couple of quid per hundred.
