I'm looking, but I need more specifics. I've been through all the posts for the last month on https://www.facebook.com/BASCuk/
Do you mean a BASC Group Page?

If I put any post on the BASC group page now, AR enthusiasts come on and take the post off topic. Well, they will not put me down.I won't be 'Zunbo'ed'. I think practical shooting, the 'tactical' fetish, and shooting activities which are paramilitary all can push the wrong buttons in some people. Shooting sport is something best pursued with sporting guns, not guns which are or look as if they are intended for killing people in modern battle scenarios.

I've asked him on Facebook if that is a Beretta M60 he was photographed with then.

What a complete and utter TIT he is.
He's sick in the head if that's how he sees some guns. Is he actually FIT to own / use guns one wonders?? Loves to kill animals for pleasure - hmmm shrinks would have fun with that would they not.

Re: Yardley is at it again !!
So what is he trying to say? That if he personally used an AR-15 he wouldn't be able to stop himself shooting up a school or something? Why would someone's mentality change when using an AR-15 versus a Ruger Mini-14? Both fire the same calibre, can take the same optics and have the same capacity magazine - so what's the actual difference?
Also, I want to understand what a "sporting gun" is and why an AR-15 wouldn't qualify as one?

An Ar 15 is classed as a 'target/sporting rifle' in the UK afaic, that's all I use mine for.WelshShooter wrote:So what is he trying to say? The picture with the AR-15 is one thing, but the one with the M-60 is a total p**s take and should be splashed all over his website and Facebook page, he's even wearing a flak vest like a proper little soldier! Exactly the sort of thing he rails against!!
