Does seem odd that they are happy for Bnz to keep the money on a "restricted" item. wtf It's not so much the money it the possible loss of a usefull, much wanted by the buyer, item.

Al sonds very dubious - it would still be worth a couple of letters to TS etc to get an opinion.....

Contract as such is between buyer and seller, so how does an intermediary get to take title of the goods??? if goods were restricted then they (fleabay /paypal or whoever) would be buying illegal kit (which it is not)...Sounds like a bit of "diversion" is maybe going on.....
