If they did it in a wooden stock, I'd be tempted.

I wonder how the accuracy compares to an underlever rifle. Im tempted myself for gallery rifle.

Is a B/A fast enough for Gallery Rifle? Sandgroper shoots a 9mm B/A and struggled a little I seem to recollect?!
It's not the pace of life that concerns me, it's the sudden stop at the end!

u can ask watever u want,a 9mm lever release is a big advantage over any gun on the gr circut, which is why its been relagated to open class,,basically they have resurected the pistol events with lever actions, and lbp etc and they wanna keep it affordable as pistol shooting was.

in answer to ure question i found it hard going on the comps with the ruger ,i only enterd a few with it,the mag holds 4 and one in the chamber so its unsuitable for tp1 mt 1500 etc but america match ,granet, precicion matches, are ok. i used it in a snap comp,as its a snap close fox gun,see the fox, mega quick backstop, check raise rifle, aim gert quick and fire! anywhere on the rib-torso area will drop it like a stone.

i load 240gn rnfp for target and a 240gn expander for fox, with 6.7 gn of american select,in mag cases,i ought to chrono it really, but its around 1700fps ,its accurate up to 200 yards, ive not tested further yet,and i have a custom mod on there too!

You can't get extended mags like for the 10/22 then? Would be very nice with just a tad more capacity.

It sounds like alot of fun on foxes. Do you find the expanding bullets expand quick enough? Iid say it would have to be used on steep ground as that 240 gr baby would take a bit of slowing down.

I fancy it over an underlever as it should be more accurate in theory being a bolt action and the stock grip is more versatile.
What sort of grouping at 50 yards are you able to achieve with it?

The Destroyer is fast enough for the PP1, but CoF Aberdeen set up was like MG rapid fire detail!
