I just e-mail the make model serial no, name of seller, etc.

The e-mail option also leaves you with free proof that you sent notice.
THis is actually one of the few areas Durham has had it right from the start! I've sent every one of my variations by email and its always been fine. The only pieces of paper I've sent is the cheque to pay for it.

Kent allow for emailing except in periods of high volumes, they let you know that they aren't checking the emails.......and ask you to resend!!!!

I ended up sending it 3 times last time

I sent them a email. They acknowledged the email and the return email acts as my receipt. Straight forward if I had known it was that easy I would of bought more. lol
