A logical solution would be for people to pick up their plastic wads at the same time as they pick up their fired cases or is it not that simple?
When I shot on BZ last year we walked the range when we'd finished and picked up all the fired cases, wads and any other bits of plastic rubbish we could find. It took about 10 mins.
I assume this is not done by some shooters and the range is left in a mess. Hence the NRA banning plastic wads. Can't blame them really.

Yea, net a blame issue....not when several clubs have suggested doing exactly this....to a negative response from the NRA...
