Boyds Stocks

#1 Post by ovenpaa »

I was looking at a Boyds stock at the range today, they always look good and seem to be well finished so I fancy one. The problem is it must be less that USD100 to be imported from Boyds plus it needs to fit a rifle we have so can anyone suggest a good looking Boyds stock for a rifle that is under a hundred dollars?

fit seems to depend on the the type of rifle they are being fitted to. 10/22 fit like a glove. rossi 92 was nowhere near. win97 stock was okish

I believe Edgar Bros are now importing them, I think.

Edgar Brothers are importing Boyd's - 4-6 weeks average turnaround.

I have a Boyds thumbhole stock on a couple of rifles, a 6.5x55 Swede and a Remington 700. Both fit well and shoot great.

I have a Boyds Thumbhole stock fitted to my Remington 700 SPS Varmint. It works very well for me. Bang on $99 and took 2 weeks to arrive. I think it was £140 all in.
