I had to send off new photo's as apparently the ones I sent are the same as the one they already have, not a problem I said as I look exactly the same as I did 5 years ago.

That however wasn't good enough reason so I had to take a new photo, I did one wearing the same type of shirt and it looks exactly like the original one!, so I changed shirts and did it again. It's not like I've grown an extra ear or lost an eyeball or anything!.

Pity Roger cannot transfer his gats onto a friendly local RFD's books & pass the invoice to Durham.

It's a shame Roger had issues with his submitted photos too.
They asked for new ones that were not so high resution & well lit, as it was putting the office staff off their mid-morning butties
