Re: SGC 9mm lever release... what are they like now?
Well.... I phoned SGC earlier and spoke to Bob for 36 mins (according to my call log).... what a very helpful and enthusiastic man he really is
He answered a list of questions I had prepared, gave me lots of good advice regarding the rifles and build options and even spent time chatting about reloading and shooting in general.

Well I did start off the conversation by telling him that I have just sent in a variation for one of these rifles so he knows that I'm not the shooting industries equivalent of an automotive "tyre-kicker"..... add to that the fact that I'm a very nice, approachable person myself

Was one of the questions "How effective is it for when the skies darken due to never ending herds of flying pigs?"

Ah the pre-purchase ball-tickling, enjoy it while it lasts!
Or maybe he really has listened and took notice of the critique of his after-sales 'care'/attitude.....

FB spoke about reloading? Not for the lever release, surely?!!!
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

just to restore a bit of balance. This is exactly the same experience I have had from SGC with all my dealings with them. I know others havent, but I have.HH1 wrote:Well....
