Reported elsewhere:
Shame that the thread about this official channel has only attracted 2 posts so far, compared to the 27-page thread about the petition that will apparently be ignored. An employee from the EU commission says:
Only entries on the Official Petition will be recorded as feedback and recognised. It's best to write them a letter which can be attached to your entry. If you write on company or club letterhead it will get more attention than a private individual, but all entries count in the statistics .

Re: EC Firearms - Legislative Proposal Feedback Page
Well, this is another scam from EU nest, wrong wordings-weapons?not fire arms?!and why do I have to tick the box for my personal data sharing?!Early petition with "yes" or "no" was reseted by them after 100 000+ signatures passed NO mark....And what about non internet users,huh...!?
Re: EC Firearms - Legislative Proposal Feedback Page
You can choose to have your feedback presented anonymously or not. There is no 'data sharing' box.polemass wrote:why do I have to tick the box for my personal data sharing?
I think we all understand the meaning of the wording. Would you be happier to lose your firearms?polemass wrote:wrong wordings-weapons?not fire arms?
You are clearly an Internet user - perhaps you can help offline supporters to submit their feedback - you can attach a scanned letter if you wish.polemass wrote:And what about non internet users,huh...!?
Do you want to fight this or not?
