Hi to all
I would be really grateful for any advice/info with regards to purchasing a Shotgun from Northern Ireland.
I have a 1st cousin who wants to sell me his Beretta Automatic 12g & I would love to oblige. I have checked the PSNI web site & it is quite informative with various forms you can download, etc, but I can’t pinpoint anywhere, where it explains what is or has to be done to complete a straight sale between two private parties, one in the UK & the other in NI.
Many thanks………………..
:)

I am sure it is just a matter of it being a direct RFD to RFD transfer.
Actually thinking about it, it might be worth asking Artiglio on this forum who has recently done something similar.
Hope you do not mind Artiglio?

Yep, RFD to RFD. Northern Ireland is part of the UK.....
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Morning people,
Yes RFD to RFD will be your quickest and easiest method, though nothing to stop you doing a face to face and bringing it back yourself if more convenient, but if you decide to fly for this option make sure you inform airline of your intention well before time.
Regards Phil
