Distilled water for sonic cleaner

#1 Post by Brian838 »

I've just bought a Lyman sonic cleaner and I'm wondering, could I use De-ionized water instead of the recommended distilled water? Or even clean rain water as this is naturally distilled surely?

I use rainwater from a butt in my ultrasonic cleaner...............good for rinsing before drying afterwards as it doesn't leave water marks.
