Met Police launches firearms licensing partnership

#1 Post by Gaz »

The Metropolitan Police has, uniquely in the firearms licensing world, begun a formal partnership with the licensed firearms community to exchange information and “foster mutual understanding”.

Shocker - I write nice things about the cops for once!

Bwaaahaaahaaa lol lol

Durham, "Welcome to the new improved Durham Firearms Liason Team, what are your concerns as shooters?"

Shooters, "Wel ..........."

Durham, "Sorry, whatever it is either A: You're not getting it or B: We'll say yes but then bugger it up"

End of meeting.

It will be interesting to see how this pans out, but I can't help thinking that this will somehow all come back to bite us on the bum. 5mith

It sounds like an excellent initiative to me although it does sound a bit like FELWG but with National Organisation representation which is no bad thing.
