Yes, the less we hear Mick Yardley's name the better, its insulting to hear that before anything else to be fair.

My post was directed at a previous post which I had to edit, do not devalue that.

We may have little influence over yardley but we are in control of our own behaviour.

Mike's positive towards shooting... as long as it's his type of shooting.

I get that this straight pull system can achieve a more rapid fire than a conventional bolt system, but to what end?? I mean, these aren't cheap guns, and I'm sure even more so over there. So, why does one make the investment? thankssign
Because I want as many rounds as possible 'on tap'.

[quoteJust in case you don't know this Dave as a member here you are not required to read every thread.

One persons meat is another persons poison, some people fall asleep reading lathe and milling posts.

Each to his own.][/quote]

I looked in disbelief 31 pages and its still running I gritted my teeth and opened the post you are absolutely right Adam I promise never to look at this thread again and I promise no more posts about lathes or mills.

Only been shooting 35 years...so yet to experience the "head to toe camouflage" with add-on "fighting knife" upgrade.

Is this a home-counties-public-schools-educated-secret-handshake-closet-bumboy-only option, or is it by special invite when you take out membership of Yardleys' Indiana Jones Costume Collectors Monthly?

Has anyone ever seen someone turn up on range with a fighting knife?

one of his supporters, when challenged by someone else, admitted he had never seen that type on the range but had seen them on parade grounds pretending to be SAS. Something that is an entirely different issue, and nothing whatsoever to do with shooting.
