I've finally got the McKay Report online. This is the infamous secret police policy document from the 1970s which concluded "a reduction in the number of firearms in private ownership is a desirable end in itself."

To be honest its probably just the way my work computer interfaces with this site, it hates it! I'll try again when i get home

Might be how IE parses the spaces in the linked zip files name.

I'm on Chrome on linux (at work) and it's all good here.

Seems to work over here OK - asks me something about "dropbox" when you click on the link
