It will be worth it . A large end of day glass of red is good for coping with the stress of moving ...

Re: The Shooting SHED is moving.
Thanks all, things are progressing, a nice new grade 3 monitored alarm system is booked to go in starting the same day as we move in and by the same people who fitted our existing system, they suggested the date and seemed quite happy to head up for the PM, a good result as I do like their standard of work (Diamond Security)
BT have promised me they will have the telephone up and running Tuesday 02nd June along with the internet so fingers crossed there will not be too much disruption to service.
Finally the Lincolnshire FET have been made aware so lets hope that part goes smoothly, I have emailed them copies of numerous sets of documents including two RFD certs, 2 FAC's, 2 SGC's, 2 EFP's and a COER.
Phew... At this rate I will need that glass of red long before we move.

What about the underground pipe-range, where's that going to go?

We do have space for a 7m underground range however we could also use it as an indoor swimming pool or a wine cellarDW58 wrote:What about the underground pipe-range, where's that going to go?
Re: The Shooting SHED is moving.
Surely a range could double as a wine cellar?

Yes, we have a 'spare' concrete lined area 7m long X 3.5m wide x 1.5m high that will sit under part of the living area will be so not really great for a range however it is more than ample for a wine cellar or general storage area.

Re: The Shooting SHED is moving.
I have a final couple of hours work on the machines first thing this morning then it will be time to disconnect and clean them in preparation for the crane arriving tomorrow. The machines should be back with us next Monday ready for being located and powered up which means we will not be machining anything for at least 8 days. We do have some items in stock and ready to go however as we are not going to have our telephones or internet connected up until Tuesday 2nd June it is fairly safe to say not much will be going out from the SHED until mid next week.
I will update this thread as things progress.

Good luck. Ring if you need a hand with anything.
