BASC might be waking up to the Labour threat

#1 Post by Gaz »

You can't appease people hellbent on your destruction.

It looks like BASC has woken up to this this.

The British Association for Shooting and Conservation seems to have finally realised that the Labour Party will do untold damage to shooting sports in Britain if it wins the election.

A press release re-issued today querulously wonders whether Labour has paid any attention to recent gun licensing fee increases:
I think this is good, though I also think it may be too little, too late. What does the forum think?

Agreed.

or even earlier 1978 under Callaghan - the lying b******.

1988 under Thatcher , good greif what an awful thought .
They've all had a hand in destroying our sport for political , sometimes idealogical ends .

It's an old press release BASC has reissued. I first saw it back in April - http://www.politics.co.uk/opinion-forme ... earms-fees.
