Excellent stuff.

Now, how do I order the Tempilaq as well as the annealing cup? :)

We are out of Tempilaq at present however we have annealing cups in stock in many sizes from .223REM through to .338LM and I can always machine one for a specific cartridge case. Biggest I have made to date were for brass 8 bore. The annealing cup can be ordered either by email shed at shootingshed.co.uk or via the website http://shootingshed.co.uk/oscom/product ... ucts_id=35

Just an FYI, I found tempilaq here yesterday. They also have tempilstik, however only in 700F not 750F.

is the thinners absolutely necessary to get the tepilaq off...?

TG, email/ring and ask them about stock, it has paid off for me in the past.

Oh, I just meant that they don't list 750F tempilstik on the website.

I'm unsure of actual stock levels. although I do need some. was wondering if any thinners would get it off the cases as opposed to having to buy their actual stuff as I have loads of cellulose thinners in the garage... >.<

"The critical time and temperature at which the grain structure reforms into something suitable for case necks is 662 degrees (F) for some 15 minutes. A higher temperature, say from 750 to 800 degrees, will do the same job in a few seconds. If brass is allowed to reach temperatures higher than this (regardless of the time), it will be made irretrievably and irrevocably too soft." - http://www.6mmbr.com/annealing.html
